- Night Crew Foreman – many of our customers want work completed at night and on the weekends. Raicor’s Night crews will be kept busy on day shift if no afternoon/night work is available. Night crews need to be self sufficient, capable of reading and understanding architectural drawings, complete lay-out accurately, have a vehicle to carry supplies when needed, supply own hand tools, able to frame and hang drywall. Ability to work safety and follow our safety manual, ensure crews are working safety. Capability to complete safety paperwork for COR certified company.
- Crew Foreman – Foreman is responsible for the workers on his/her jobsites. The Foreman needs to be capable of reading and understanding architectural drawings, complete lay-out accurately, supply own hand tools, able to frame and hang drywall. Ability to work safety and follow our safety manual, ensure crews are working safety. Capability to complete safety paperwork for COR certified company.
- Steel Stud Framers – Raicor is actively looking for 4-5 Steel Stud Framers in the Lower Mainland, BC to join our team. A steel stud framer is required to have between 3+ years experience in the commercial wall and ceiling industry and be capable of framing walls and ceilings including reading blueprints and specifications.
Ongoing Employment Opportunities:
- Site Foreman – required to have 5+ years plus experience running jobs in the wall and ceiling industry. Must be competent to measure and lay out work and build according to drawings. We expect our Foreman to be professional, have great organizational skills and have the ability to problem solve and cooperate with other trades on the jobsite. Ability to work safety and follow our safety manual, ensure crews are working safety. Capability to complete safety paperwork for COR certified company.
- Night Shift Supervisors – do you like working at night, 8 -10 hour shifts? This position requires that you like working at night and having your days free. You can work independently and have the organizational skills to ensure that all materials are ordered in preparation for the night shift.
- Steel Stud Framers – 3-5 years experience and be capable of framing walls and ceilings including reading drawings and specifications T-bar Installers – 3-5 years experience to install T-bar grid from all manufacturers square and level and install tile while reading drawings and specifications.
- Drywall Boardman – 3-5 years experience cutting and installing drywall square and plumb for commercial clients
- Tapers – 3-5 years experience finishing walls to a level 4 finish, you must be organized and be neat. Tapers are required to inspect work with a clear 300W light bulb, laser beads, apply, level and smooth coats of mud, spray acoustic or texture materials on walls and ceilings.
