ICBC Gateway

Scope: ICBC Gateway is a 41,000 Tenant Improvement for ICBC for their new offices in Surrey. The project was four floors in a new building that included the walls, acoustical t-bar, wood ceilings and acoustic panels for the walls. The project had a schedule of 4 months and needed to be completed on time as the customer had fixed move in dates for the staff.
